Biography: The only child of Abraham and Juniper Parker, since he could walk he helped run the family restaurant named after his mother. He looked up to his parents and their love they had for one another. For years he wished he could find that one person for him like his parents had.

He was only seventeen years old when he met Penelope when she came into the restaurant one summer. After a month of dating, he proposed to her and within a year their first child was born. Six months after their twins were born, Penelope left the family one day with no explanation.

It took him years to get over Penelope leaving, yet he moved on without her raising their children with his ailing parents beside him. He once again found love with another patron that came into the restaurant one summer. Jack's children welcomed Morgan McKay into their lives and approved of the union between them. Only two years after they were married, tragedy stuck the day Jack welcomed his fifth child into the world, Morgan died of complications giving birth to their daughter. Once again Jack was alone to raise another child, this time with the help of his grown children.

Jack will find out nothing is as it seems when his ex-wife comes back to town and the real reason she left so many years ago comes to light. He will also find something startling about his mother that happened years ago that will tear his heart apart.
