Biography: The oldest daughter of Jack and Penelope Parker. Charlotte is the rock that holds the family together. After her step-mother died, Charlotte took over running Juniper's, while her father grieved. She helped her father raise her half-sister, Noelle.

When Charlotte met the captivating Tyler Donnelly, she was instantly smitten. They got engaged four months after they met and the day before the wedding she found out his father, Benjamin, was the man trying to destroy Juniper's. Cal lied to Charlotte saying Tyler got involved with her to try and get the family to sell the restaurant.

Six weeks after what was supposed to be her wedding day, she found out she was pregnant with Tyler's child.

When Tyler and Charlotte try to make their relationship work once again, it blows up in Charlotte’s face. At a dinner party at the Donnelly’s estate where Caroline, Tyler’s sister, announces her engagement, Charlotte is verbally attacked by Benjamin. Then Charles Reed tells her the shocking truth about her mother. She runs off and spends the night with a stranger who turns out to be Tyler’s brother, Gregory. Tyler witnesses the two in a compromising position and turns the table on Charlotte by suing for custody of Ella.

Charlotte finds out the truth about Gregory, but he makes her understand he is not like the other Donnelly’s. They begin a romance while someone from Gregory’s past comes to Saunders Bay for his sister’s wedding. Will this past hurt any chance Charlotte had of being happy?
